Founded in 2007, Trace Lighting started out by developing a software based lighting controller, LimeLIGHT. The company was started up by two entrepreneurial lighting technicians who believed that lighting controllers could and should be made easier to use and more powerful than what was currently on the market. Trace Lighting has a vision of a range of hardware lighting desks based on their powerful LimeLIGHT DMX software.
