Buyer Information

Warranty
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, products are covered by a 2-year warranty. Contact Trace Lighting within this period for a free repair or replacement.

Dispatch and Delivery
We usually dispatch items within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Very occasionally, this may take slightly longer, in which case we will notify you via email or telephone. For UK addresses we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery which takes 1-2 days. For overseas delivery, couriers will vary, although usually delivery is within 7 days. Please contact us if you require more accurate timings for overseas deliveries.

Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you may receive a full refund of your purchase including postage, when you return the product to us within 7 days of delivery. After this you may return the product to us within 28 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less a £10 handling fee. We are unable to reimburse your return postage costs in either instance.

Order Cancellation
You may contact Trace Lighting directly after placing an order to cancel it. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders after we have dispatched them. After dispatch, our Returns and Refunds policy applies.
